Kay has worked in the film industry for the past six years as a script supervisor where she’s had the pleasure of working alongside and learning from many amazing female directors. She’s worked alongside and learned from many amazing female directors, including Amanda Tapping, Shannon Kohli, and Jem Garrard (Motherland), Nimesha Mukerji (Motherland, The Imperfects), Leslie Hope, and Kristin Lehman (The Order). Kay’s recently begun working as a Supervising Producer on MOWs, where she participated in all the elements that go into prep for a 1M+ production. She’s directed two self-produced shorts and co-directed a music video for a visiting hip-hop artist. She enjoys creating stories that take the ordinary of every day life ad expands it into some extraordinary.
