With two (and a half) out of the eight crazy days remaining, teams are in the middle of filmmaking madness! Over the past weekend, teams gathered together for perhaps the hardest part of the challenge: filming their short over 3 Crazy days. Sets went up across the Greater Vancouver Area, cameras rolled and actors emoted as Crazy8s2017 really, truly began.

In a whirlwind of shooting days, the fabric of the films was carefully collected, and six amazing storylines were captured. Then, it was off to the editing suites to stitch together the footage!
Hours of painstaking editing, sound design, coloring, composing, and more later, the films are taking form, and excitement is mounting, as we’re now only 10 days away from the Gala Screening and AfterParty! If you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, do it now, before they sell out! It’s not an event to be missed!
