| Rachel Rose | | Rachel Rose is a Vancouver based filmmaker with a history of telling powerful stories and bringing together awesome queer, bipoc and female creatives. She identifies as a cis gay woman who is active within her community. Her search to create meaningful social change has taken her down many academic and professional paths, some of which include health care, anthropology and real estate/development. Rachel is currently supporting the creative dreams of other indie filmmakers as a Full Time 1ST Assistant Director. |
| Shayn Walker | | Shayn Walker is an actor and writer from Alberta. After graduating from the University of Alberta in drama, he moved to Vancouver in 2013 to pursue a career in acting. Although it took him a few years to get going, he has since appeared on every major network that films here in Hollywood North! In an effort to create more opportunities for larger roles in film and television, he began screenwriting. |
| Mohamed Ibrahim | | Mohamed Ibrahim is a community organizer who has years of experience creating safer spaces and happenings for the queer community. From organizing a queer dodgeball league, to POC-centered nightlight events, he brings a breadth of intentional and mindful organization to the production. He sees his role in film as a continuation of his community work. Mohamed is drawn to projects that centre and lift up marginalized voices. He recently produced a StoryHive production, “Friday” and a Vancouver Pride Society Virtual Pride event, “Hot Fruit-5G.” |
| Alisa Luke | | Alisa is a Vancouver-based storyteller, who believes in socially and culturally relevant narratives. When she isn’t working full time in post-production, she’s organizing community initiatives to create and hold space while amplifying BIPOC voices. |
