Frances Leigh is a second generation Filipino-Chinese immigrant born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Although her background is in journalism, working for Entertainment Tonight Canada and CityNews Vancouver (then, New1130), she jumped ship and studied acting in 2017 and has since appeared in such shows as The Flash, Devil in Ohio, and A Very Merry Bridesmaid where she starred alongside Emily Osment (Hannah Montana, Spy Kids 2) — just to name a few.
Currently, Frances is working on her own projects including a proof of concept for a series and writing, producing and directing features and shorts while collaborating with other film professionals.
