Gareth Jones is a Canadian cinematographer born and raised in Kelowna, BC. After falling in love with camera work through skiing and mountain bike filmmaking, he moved to Vancouver to complete a diploma in Motion Picture Art at Capilano University in 2017. From there, he came up through the lighting department working on pictures including Longlegs, Shōgun, Heretic and Tron. Nowadays, Gareth has honed his cinematography craft through various forms of filmmaking, from his dance documentary Bolero X, to his first feature film, So Glad You Came, and his commercial, To Err, which screened at the Berlin Commercial Awards.
